Placing your order
To place an order, click on `Add to cart` for the relevant item. You can then choose to continue shopping or go to the shopping cart. If you want to pay, click on the green button. Enter your details as requested and agree to our Terms and Conditions to continue via the `Confirm order` button.

Check your details and select the desired payment method. Click on pay and you will be forwarded to the payment provider. If the payment is successful, you will return to our website and receive an email for confirmation.

Online payment & payment methods
At 2BKOOL you can pay for your order safely online. The payment is processed by the payment provider Mollie BV. The connection between your computer and the webshop/payment page uses security with SSL encryption. The payment methods offered are:

  • Bancontact


Shipping costs
For orders up to € 50.00, the shipping costs are € 5.95. Orders of € 50.00 and above are delivered free of charge within the Netherlands. On this page you will find more information about the shipping costs.

Delivery times
If the products you ordered are in stock, the order will be shipped within 24 hours. Depending on the delivery times, weekends and holidays, your order will normally be delivered 1 working day after shipping.

Returning ordered items
Within 14 days of receipt you can make use of the right of withdrawal. This is only possible if the product is in its original condition and has not been used or damaged. If you want to make use of this, please email us at info@2bkool.eu. You will then receive the purchase costs, including any shipping costs, back via the original payment method. The costs of the return delivery are for your own account.

Complaints handling
Are you unexpectedly not satisfied with the delivered products or with our customer service? We do our utmost to serve you as best as possible and to handle your complaint to your satisfaction. If you believe that we have not succeeded in this, you can contact the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR) via http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
